1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the MyNextGameFinder website, operated by Serdar Freimoser, Schinkelstraße 15, 80805 München, Germany (“we”).

2. Service

MyNextGameFinder is a free, ad-free recommendation service for video games. Recommendations are generated automatically from your answers and data from the IGDB games database. There is no entitlement to availability, completeness or specific results; we may change or discontinue the service at any time.

3. No warranty for recommendations and third-party data

All information about games (ratings, playtimes, platforms, cross-play and co-op capability, prices) comes from third-party sources or editorial curation and may be outdated or incorrect. The information provided by the respective publisher or store is always authoritative. In particular, verify cross-play and split-screen support before purchasing.

4. Copyright and trademarks

Game titles, cover artwork and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify the games. Game data is obtained via the IGDB API (Twitch Interactive, Inc.). The design and code of this website are protected by our copyright.

5. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.

6. Donations

Voluntary donations via the PayPal link do not entitle you to any service in return and are non-refundable.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Version: August 2026.
